These terms are an agreement between you and GameBooth (“we”, “us”) for using gamebooth.app and the GameBooth app. By using GameBooth, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use GameBooth. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Who can use GameBooth
You must be at least 13. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission. Betting features are only for people 21 and older, and only where the activity is legal.
Your account
Give accurate information, keep your password secure, and don't share your account. You're responsible for what happens under it. You can delete your account any time at gamebooth.app/account-deletion.
Original commentary only
GameBooth is for your own commentary. Don't stream, play, or rebroadcast official game audio or video, radio calls, copyrighted music, or anything else you don't have the rights to. GameBooth isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any league, team, player, or broadcaster.
Your content
You own the commentary, recordings, chat messages, and profile content you create. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, stream, record, store, display, and distribute that content so we can run, improve, and promote GameBooth. Broadcasts are recorded and can appear as replays on your profile. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we have to keep by law.
Community rules
Don't:
- harass, threaten, or bully anyone, or post hate speech;
- post sexual content involving minors, ever;
- impersonate someone or share someone else's private information;
- spam, or use GameBooth to break the law or to promote illegal gambling;
- interfere with GameBooth or other people's booths, including trying to broadcast in a booth that isn't yours;
- scrape, copy, or reverse engineer GameBooth.
We can remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Report problems with the 🚩 button in a booth or at support@gamebooth.app.
AI Booth
AI Booth commentary is generated automatically. It can be wrong, late, or out of sync with your TV, and it doesn't reflect the views of any league, team, or player. It's for entertainment.
Betting and fantasy
GameBooth doesn't take bets, hold money, or place trades. Betting and fantasy talk, whether from AI Booth or a broadcaster, is entertainment. It isn't financial or betting advice, and nothing is guaranteed. You're responsible for following the laws where you live. Connections to Sleeper, Yahoo, Kalshi, and Polymarket are read-only, and those services' own terms apply. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER.
Game data
Scores, schedules, play-by-play, and odds come from third-party sources and can be delayed or wrong.
Changes to GameBooth
We're always working on GameBooth and may add, change, or remove features. The GameBooth name, logo, and app are ours, so please don't use them without permission.
Disclaimers
GameBooth is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. We don't promise that it will always be available or error-free, or that content on it is accurate.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, GameBooth isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or wagers, arising from your use of GameBooth. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll update the date above and tell you in the app about significant changes. If you keep using GameBooth after a change, you accept the updated terms.
